Energetic balance is key to your emotional & physical well-being. Energy Clearing aka Dusting helps restore your energetic balance.

All sessions can be performed in person or via video chat.

Energy Clearing aka Dusting starts with an energetic scan to identify areas of stuck or stagnant energy and any damage to your energetic field, or aura.

Then, using a combination of tools, including reiki, guided meditation, chromotherapy (color-therapy), mindful breathing (sometimes called pranayama), gem therapy, somatic experiencing (enlisting your body's fight/flight/freeze system), and shamanic journeying (aka guided visualization), we will work with you to clear any blockages, balance your chakras, restore an even energy flow.

In some cases, we will lead you on a guided meditation, sometimes called a shamanic journey. In that state, you can address & transform the energetic seeds at the heart of the most deep-rooted issues.

Plan on allowing 2-3 hours for your initial session and approximately 90 min for subsequent sessions.

For people suffering from chronic conditions, a 6-session Care Package is recommended.
